Our hard working team feasted on burgers, corn on the cob and scrumptious cheese cake in the sunshine after gathering for our latest business presentation which reinforced that our business continues to go from strength to strength.
A BIG thanks to our chefs extraordinaire – account managers Charles, Martin and Alex – who did a fantastic job laying on lunch and putting up a gazebo.
The event celebrated another storming quarter – as reinforced by our business director Adam Walsh – and we also unveiled our core values which drive our ethos of ‘looking after the people who look after the business’.
Adam outlined how The Right Fuelcard Company, which runs our foundation, continues to enjoy unprecedented growth four years after launching – much of which is attributable to our powerful, values-driven and transparent HR strategy.
Our fab 52 strong team is based across our Hunslet headquarters and our Harrogate and York offices – and we’re continuing to expand by another 20% across 2017-2018.
Employees fondly refer to us as their ‘second home’ and are bought into our fast pace and exciting vision in a dynamic company where we all finish at 3pm every Friday and enjoy special away days like our recent one in York where we had a ball.
There’s always a great buzz in the office and we’re all crossing everything following the news that we’ve been shortlisted for both The Employer of the Year and the Growth Business of the Year categories in the 2015 National Business Awards.
