Why we’re supporting the inspirational See Potential campaign

As a trailblazer of ethical and values-driven recruitment and development, we’re proud to sign up to the government’s inspirational See Potential campaign.

The programme encourages employers to recognise the potential within people – regardless of their background – and to hire from disadvantaged groups. We’re all jaded but elated in the office today after a storming evening that saw The Right Fuelcard Company (TRFC) which runs our Foundation, scoop the Small Business category of the Yorkshire  Business Masters 2017 awards.

The accolades are spearheaded by TheBusinessDesk.com and the Small Business award recognises a business in the region that has demonstrated outstanding development and growth in performance.

We were also honoured to be nominated in the Employer category, which celebrates a company that is “great to work for”.

Why we’re adopting the inspiring Leeds Children’s Charity again

We’re delighted to nominate Leeds Children’s Charity as our adopted charity for another year – because of its inspirational work to bring laughter into the lives of 7-11 year olds hailing from some of the most deprived areas in Leeds.

Our designated charity creates happy childhood memories for the neediest of families, with a fun-filled, week-long break.

Why our Christmas party was a tree-mendous success!

Our foundation’s surprise Christmas party was the icing on the cake – and a fantastic way to round off a momentous year for our top team.

The organisers – comprising dynamic duo Nick Dodsworth and Martin Taylor-Hemingway – managed to keep everything under wraps until the big night on Friday the 16th of December.

After guessing (and being wide off the mark!) as to where we were partying and letting our hair down – we all gathered with excitement and anticipation in Leeds city centre when all was revealed. Continue reading
