We’re on a roll – and wanted to share the exciting news with you that we’re featured in a three-page, full colour feature in the Yorkshire Post’s ‘Yorkshire Vision’ magazine.
The article ‘Inmates to workmates’ by business reporter, Ismail Mulla, focuses on how The Right Fuelcard Company (TRFC) and our groundbreaking Bayford Foundation training arm have solved a skills gap over the past few years.
The feature outlined how we achieved this by helping long-term unemployed people and ex-offenders – with no previous sales experience – into careers by uncovering their potential.
L to R: Richard McCann – Inspirational speaker, June Forsyth – Leader of the Bayford Foundation, Jeremy Morton – Editor of South Leeds Life, Jacqueline Pfumojeno – Bayford Foundation graduate.
In the lead up to our fourth bootcamp which kicks off on April 22 we’ve come up ten fantastic reasons why you should come on board with the foundation which has created 13 jobs to date.
We’re celebrating as three more trainees have graduated into full time positions following the end of our third bootcamp.
Our trio are Terry Barker, Chantelle Robinson and Rob Wood – taking the number of long term jobs we have created in the energy industry to 13.

We’re over the moon after our pioneering foundation which is creating dozens of telesales jobs in the short term – and hundreds of long-term job opportunities – has been prominently profiled this week in the Yorkshire Post.
Feature writer Chris Bond came to meet us at our offices in Hunslet to find out what our training programmes involve at the Bayford Foundation.
