We’re celebrating a flying start to 2014 as our Foundation promotes six of our recruits into full time employment – and launches our third bootcamp.

The achievements of our second bootcamp – fuelled by the success of our first four graduates from our first bootcamp – has seen the Foundation has created ten jobs for employees  – all of whom are now earning a minimum £16k annual salary with our BE Fuel Cards team with the potential to ramp up their earnings as they progress. With our third bootcamp for the Bayford Foundation due to start in January 2014, our team at BE Fuel Cards is looking forward to welcoming potential recruits to our information sessions on 6 December.

Potential employees are invited to our offices in Bowcliffe Road, Hunslet where we are hosting two information sessions at 10.30am and 12.30pm – to hear more about the opportunities available.

We’ve Launched Our Second Bootcamp and Have More Jobs up for Grabs

We’re marking a landmark week where our fab Foundation – spearheaded by our Hunslet based BE Fuel Cards team – has promoted four of our recruits into full time employment – and launched a second bootcamp with thirteen trainees.

Creating dozens of short term jobs and hundreds of long-term career opportunities, we are investing up to £5,000 to put each recruit through our training programme and paying them a salary for the duration. Successful candidates will be awarded a recognised qualification from The University of Derby.

Neil is passing his expertise onto our recruits who are being paid, trained and inspired to be the best they can be on our 12 week holistic programme which is at the milestone half way stage.

We’re really keen for you to meet our Bayford Foundation mentors Alan Placid and Neil Dawson who are instrumental in our aspirational and inspirational programme to create jobs for the future through our ‘earn as you learn’ boot camp programmes.

Our pioneering Foundation is investing up to £5,000 to put trainees from all walks of life and backgrounds through rolling training programmes – and paying them a salary for their duration. Successful candidates will be awarded a university recognised qualification from the University of Derby and go on to earn a minimum £16k annual salary with our BE Fuel Cards team – with the potential to ramp up their earnings as they progress with us.

We’re expecting more than 100 people to roll up to the Hunslet Club this Saturday for our fabulous audition afternoon that will see our dream to create new 40 jobs in the district become a step closer to reality.

Last weekend The Bayford Foundation team were out in force at the Hunslet Festival where we were overwhelmed by fantastic support for our ambitious plans. We’re looking forward to see many of the people we met there at our auditions which run from 2pm-5pm on July 6 at the The Hunslet Club in Hillidge Road in Leeds. Continue reading
