We’re celebrating a flying start to 2014 as our Foundation promotes six of our recruits into full time employment – and launches our third bootcamp.
The achievements of our second bootcamp – fuelled by the success of our first four graduates from our first bootcamp – has seen the Foundation has created ten jobs for employees – all of whom are now earning a minimum £16k annual salary with our BE Fuel Cards team with the potential to ramp up their earnings as they progress. The last four months have been momentous since we launched our job creation foundation with author and motivational speaker, Richard McCann, who inspired our new recruits, to never give up – no matter what life throws at them.
In the 2013 year end countdown we want to thank and celebrate our fantastic partners who have been instrumental in helping us to fulfil our goals of investing in jobs for the future and putting something back into local communities to generate vibrant employment opportunities.
As our second bootcamp picks up speed, our recruits are learning a wealth of telesales tips and techniques – from picking up the phone to building valued relationships with customers.
Our third ‘earn as your learn’ bootcamp gets off the ground in January 2014 and our team at BE Fuel Cards is looking forward to welcoming potential recruits to our offices on 6 December at Bowcliffe Road, Hunslet.

With our third bootcamp for the Bayford Foundation due to start in January 2014, our team at BE Fuel Cards is looking forward to welcoming potential recruits to our information sessions on 6 December.
Potential employees are invited to our offices in Bowcliffe Road, Hunslet where we are hosting two information sessions at 10.30am and 12.30pm – to hear more about the opportunities available.

We’re marking a landmark week where our fab Foundation – spearheaded by our Hunslet based BE Fuel Cards team – has promoted four of our recruits into full time employment – and launched a second bootcamp with thirteen trainees.
Creating dozens of short term jobs and hundreds of long-term career opportunities, we are investing up to £5,000 to put each recruit through our training programme and paying them a salary for the duration. Successful candidates will be awarded a recognised qualification from The University of Derby.
