We’re celebrating again as two more fab trainees have graduated into full time positions from our foundation following the end of our fourth bootcamp.
Carrie Locke and Taswar Ali passed the training course with flying colours and take the number of long term jobs we have created in the energy industry to 15. In a non-traditional recruitment process, our trainees hail from wide ranging backgrounds, some are long term unemployed and others have previous sales experience.

Our dynamic journey has seen us recruit 13 new employees to date and it’s been fantastic to celebrate the achievements of our latest graduates from our third successful bootcamp.

We’re focusing on ‘all the threes’ as it’s the third week of our third bootcamp and our recruits are enjoying the training and development the foundation is providing in its quest to create dozens of telesales jobs in the short term – and hundreds of long-term job opportunities.
