We’ve Launched Our Second Bootcamp and Have More Jobs up for Grabs

We’re marking a landmark week where our fab Foundation – spearheaded by our Hunslet based BE Fuel Cards team – has promoted four of our recruits into full time employment – and launched a second bootcamp with thirteen trainees.

Creating dozens of short term jobs and hundreds of long-term career opportunities, we are investing up to £5,000 to put each recruit through our training programme and paying them a salary for the duration. Successful candidates will be awarded a recognised qualification from The University of Derby.

The event featured motivational speakers including Andrew Walker, Billy Schwer and Nicky Patterson of “Hiya, It’s Nicky!”, – who shared her incredible story of scraping a living at a biscuit stall in a market to building £1.5million empire.

Do you like ‘Sparkly’ people?  Well I know I do!

I believe we all like to be in the company of people that just ooze passion and enthusiasm for what they do, it can be quite infectious.  But unfortunately with the ‘doom-and-gloom’ news on the current economic climate I thought some people had lost their spark altogether!

But then I was invited to attend a meeting at the Bayford Foundation in Leeds   which is running and paying trainees to embark on rolling 12-week training and development programmes in sales which will create jobs in the energy industry. Continue reading
