We’re celebrating a flying start to 2014 as our Foundation promotes six of our recruits into full time employment – and launches our third bootcamp.

The achievements of our second bootcamp – fuelled by the success of our first four graduates from our first bootcamp – has seen the Foundation has created ten jobs for employees  – all of whom are now earning a minimum £16k annual salary with our BE Fuel Cards team with the potential to ramp up their earnings as they progress. We’ve Launched Our Second Bootcamp and Have More Jobs up for Grabs

We’re marking a landmark week where our fab Foundation – spearheaded by our Hunslet based BE Fuel Cards team – has promoted four of our recruits into full time employment – and launched a second bootcamp with thirteen trainees.

Creating dozens of short term jobs and hundreds of long-term career opportunities, we are investing up to £5,000 to put each recruit through our training programme and paying them a salary for the duration. Successful candidates will be awarded a recognised qualification from The University of Derby.

Our fantastic Foundation was officially launched this week by our patron John Turner, and author and motivational speaker, Richard McCann, the son of the Yorkshire Ripper’s first victim, inspired our new recruits, to never give up – no matter what life throws at them.

John, who champions the Bayford Foundation as: “Investing is all about investing in jobs for the future and putting something back into local communities to generate vibrant employment opportunities” cut our royal ribbon in style. Continue reading
