We’re all jaded but elated in the office today after a storming evening that saw
The Right Fuelcard Company (TRFC) which runs our Foundation, scoop the Small Business category of the Yorkshire Business Masters 2017 awards.
The accolades are spearheaded by TheBusinessDesk.com and the Small Business award recognises a business in the region that has demonstrated outstanding development and growth in performance.
We were also honoured to be nominated in the Employer category, which celebrates a company that is “great to work for”.
As a people champion, we offer flexible working patterns to employees.
They include Demi Bray, who joined
The Right Fuelcard Company (TRFC) after successfully completing the Bayford Foundation employment programme.
Twenty two year old Demi, a single parent, joined the Foundation in February 2016 following a recommendation by
InterServe – one of our valued community partners who identify suitable candidates for training and employment.
