Why our foundation is off to a flying start in 2017

The lively team at our foundation is all fired up and ready to go as we look forward to another exciting year.

With a dynamic series of developments and success stories already underway, we’ll be revealing the details in future blogs – so keep coming back to find out more!

The busy, buzzing first week of 2017 has seen us continue to be called on by the media for comment and opinion – with TRFC business director, Adam Walsh, invited to give his business predictions for the popular business publication Business Link.

You’ll also see from the montage of images we’ve posted that we had a fab photoshoot this week which was great fun and we all managed (just about!) to keep the smiles going for its duration!

The New Year is a time when many people think about making career changes – and we wanted to remind you of the raft of exciting job opportunities if you’re suffering from the back-to-work blues and dread getting up for work on Monday mornings.

As a committed people champion, The Right Fuelcard Company (TRFC), which runs the foundation, is ranked 33 in the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work for 2016. We were also awarded a 3 Star Best Companies Accreditation – the highest accolade a company can receive from Best Companies – for “exceptional” levels of employee engagement.

We pride ourselves in investing substantially in our team by ‘looking after the people who look after the business’.  At the foundation we equip our team with a first-class training and learning programme that boosts phone skills, customer relations talents and confidence required for successful sales people.

We offer great career progression – with many of our foundation graduates moving on to the next exciting stage of their careers as TRFC sales team employees
