We’re celebrating again as two more fab trainees have graduated into full time positions from our foundation following the end of our fourth bootcamp.

Carrie Locke and Taswar Ali passed the training course with flying colours and take the number of long term jobs we have created in the energy industry to 15. In a non-traditional recruitment process, our trainees hail from wide ranging backgrounds, some are long term unemployed and others have previous sales experience.

Carrie had previously worked in Gibraltar in a customer services role. Having enjoyed our comprehensive training from start to finish, Carrie commented: “I have really surprised myself – I was able to hit all my targets and that is a great feeling. I come from a customer service background, so I really enjoy talking to customers.

“Being able to bring my own style to selling over the phone has really helped me and made my job a lot more enjoyable. I thought I could never sell again and using the techniques the foundation has taught me has really worked for me.

“I came here with the mind set of getting a job after going through the bootcamp programme which has been great. For me the training is just part of the job, I’m excited to have graduated and start a full time role within the business.”

We look forward to hearing from Taswar in our next blog. Our pioneering foundation encourages employees to build up a rapport with customers and our training programme provides support to those with or without a telesales background.
